What convinced me to take on this project was simple. The need for Halyna’s work to be finished. Her family and close collaborators wanted her final film to be seen. To honor her legacy.
It was the greatest honor of my career for @biancaclinedp to ask me to join her on this film. I owe you everything.
When lighting, we made every decision we could based on Halyna’s work. She had a beautiful eye. It was an incredible experience to learn from her work and do our best to recreate it.

Felt pretty special gaffing my first job at the Universal backlot today. My dad, grandpa, and great grandpa all came up in the film industry through Universal. Felt like home! Hope I made these guys proud..
That’s a wrap on feature number two of the year! Bittersweet to leave such an amazing experience. Such an incredible cast and crew making such a special film. Feeling proud to work amongst these people that I now call my friends ❤️
