Welcome to our summer series 🩵🩵🩵The Art of Inversions & Backbends led by our teacher @thomasrohe.dance 🩵🩵🩵
The first workshop will be The Art of Inversions on June 13th and the second part will be the Art of Backbends on July 11th.
You can attend each individually or get a bundle ticket, to make your experience even more seamless.

Expect an all-levels inversion workshop where we will explore the foundations of going upside down in a fun and supportive environment.
Together, we’ll work on handstands, forearm stands, and playful arm balances while focusing on building strength, improving body awareness, and understanding proper technique.
The workshop will include a dynamic yoga flow, dedicated warm-up and cool-down time, and space to explore at your own pace.
Whether you are completely new to inversions or already practicing them, everyone is welcome.
Come ready to challenge yourself, have fun, and discover new possibilities in your practice.
