This is one of our most recent Heritage kitchen designs, installed for our client in the heart of the Cheshire countryside.
We’ve been loving the rise of stained wood islands in kitchen design throughout 2025. Paired with soft, neutral cabinetry, these tones create a space that feels light and open, yet warm, inviting and homely.

A soft blue island brings a subtle statement to the space, beautifully contrasted by neutral perimeter cabinetry and complemented by matt black hardware. The result is a kitchen that feels fresh and modern, while remaining firmly rooted in classic design principles.

Designed with intention…
For this project with @manonlagreve , the focus was on creating beautifully integrated storage that supports the rhythm of her everyday life. A custom library ladder gives access to elevated shelving, making use of the homes wonderful ceiling height, while a bespoke dining bench discreetly stores the appliances and tools needed for Manon’s work as a chef and author.
Hidden cutlery drawers layered within the main cabinetry maximises space while maintaining a calm, seamless feel throughout.

For this project, the vision was to create a space that felt personal to @manonlagreve while complementing the character of her Victorian townhouse in London.
As both a chef and content creator, the kitchen needed to perform on every level - functioning effortlessly as an everyday family kitchen, a welcoming space for entertaining, and a beautifully considered backdrop for filming and photography. Striking the right balance between practicality and aesthetics was central to the brief, and the final design achieved this and more. ✨
