Born in Milano, Italy, Thomas has been a firm fixture of the culinary scene of Limassol for a number of years. Having worked in a variety of reputable establishments, he now finds himself making fresh pasta at Chiesa, Limassol's newest hot culinary offering. Sharing his passion for cooking and Italian cuisine, Thomas is our featured chef of the week at SFC!
