Small little session at @acro_ho.od in Portugal last May 2025! Tom & I are usually really bad at filming our sessions or tricks. He didn’t tell me he was filming from the ground - which ended up giving some really nice shots I didn’t expect 😄 nice to see bases view’s some times! 👀🤸🏻‍♀️ We had such a great time training there with an amazing group of acro badasses! 🥳🤸‍♀️🇵🇹🙌🏼

Am vergangenen Freitag durften wir zusammen mit dem @schweizeralpenclub zum ersten *Forum Sanieren* in Worb bei @topropeaccess einladen, um Akteure, welche für die Erschliessung und für Sanierungen von Felskletterrouten aktiv sind, schweizweit zu vernetzen und eine Austauschplattform zu relevanten Themen zu schaffen. Danke @Lucie Wiget für deinen spannenden Input zum Thema Sanierungen und Umweltschutz! Und Merci @thomasbuckingham dass wir auf deiner Zugmaschine allerlei Routenmaterial in Stücke reissen und auf ihre Eigenschaften und Belastbarkeit testen durften! Spannend! Es hat uns Freude gemacht, von Seiten ReBolting einen Einblick in die Auswahl unseres Sanierungsmaterials zu geben und mit Euch Fragen und Inputs zu diskutieren! Merci allen, die Teil es Forums waren und auf ein nächstes Mal!

The process to arrive to this new whippop has been just amazing 💥 We wanted to get a trompito but we got so a new version of it 🔥 Thanks to the super coach @oh_jenns Thanks to the super base @thomasbuckingham Shall we call it "trottola"?

Bike touring with @thomasbuckingham : A little impression of our wonderful journey on two wheels 🚲 from December 2023 to January 2024! 🥳 I started in Samugheo, Sardinia, and we met in Pisa to embark on our adventure with the goal of reaching the @handstand_extravaganza convention in Sicily. One whole month of biking, happiness, challenging rides, laughter, Italian food, breathtaking landscapes, incredible sunsets, sore muscles (only for me because Tom never seemed to experience any pain 😂), painful Raynaud Syndrome, pushing myself to ride faster and occasionally catching up to Tom (though it only happened once 😌💪🏼), conquering steep hills while listening to podcasts, stretching every evening, scouting for our sleeping spot each night, setting up and taking down the tent, enjoying mostly perfect weather with occasional days in the mud and rain, where we got stucked once. We meticulously planned our route from one natural thermal bath to the next. Highlights? Many cappuccinos and trying every kind of Italian pasticceria 🥐☕️😍 We found some Highlines on the way and met the Sicilian Highline Crew, climbed, swam, practiced Acro, Handstand and juggling and met beautiful people along our crazy journey 🫶🏻 So grateful for the time we shared, thank you for the countless precious moments together and for you patience 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴 Danke knuddi, @thomasbuckingham 😘
