Kamikaze '89 - Weird Queer Dystopian Sci-Fi, starring Rainer Werner Fassbinder, as a sort of out of shape Dekker from Blade Runner, in a Leopard Print suit with a matching leopard fur handled revolver. (I want that suit!). This must have been the same year Fassbinder directed Querelle because it also had a cameo from the handsomest actor in the world Franco Nero and Neno, (the bartender who bangs Brad Davis in the ass in Querelle) are both in it too. Good Fun!
Paddle at 6am on my morning walk. I once walked the coast from Yarmouth to wells-next-the-sea along the beach. It took nearly a week. I slept at an abandoned fairground one night and was woken up by the security guard. The next day I awoke in the middle of the night to find myself covered in frogs... I didn't even know beach frogs were a thing. One rather spooky evening I encountered an old concrete bunker and the ghost of a young girl beckoned me inside. (I admit I had not drunk water that day though).
Ticking off a a few Queer classics from my watchlist this month: "Entertaining Mr.Sloane" is about a young, psychotic bisexual trapped between an elderly nymphomaniac and her gay brother. From a play by Joe Orton. A really strange kinky comedy. Kind of like a Carry-On version of Theorem by Passolini! Good Stuff!
