NEW SHORT FILM INTERVIEW - LINKS IN BIO: Director Thomas Lorber’s LEGEND HAS IT is about a male stripper named Adam. He's a dancer, the kind that's hired for high-end bachelorette blowouts and socialite birthday parties. He is hired for one last event as he hanging up his g-string for good. Only, what should have been a fun and easy payday in an estrogen-filled hotel suite, turns into an unexpected encounter with the French mafia. With no way out but through, Adam finds himself caught in a fight for survival, where this just may be his best performance yet. This film is a rarity as it’s an action-comedy something I do too often if ever in the short film genre, but it is a breath of fresh air for this category that is usually lined with grief and depression. It’s nice to laugh and see a bit of action at the same time. The cinematography is top notch and I would expect it to be when I read over Thomas Lorber very long resume. A short film that has the look and feel of a feature film.
