Haunter is seeking a full-time drummer. Elaborated requirements:
• Play to a click (click and tracks provided for you, custom to how you want them).
• Owns/transports own gear for shows.
• Full band practice in Green Bay, WI (full practice is typically only prior to shows and/or for working on new material. Carpooling available from the Milwaukee area. A practice kit will live at the rehearsal space).
• Able to play weekends, Fri-Sun, regularly (also weekdays occasionally, both in multiple local and regional markets in WI and surrounding states).
• Time off for tour (PTO, flexible schedule, etc for up to two weeks at a time).
• Able to financially contribute to expenses (once acclimated: studio, merch, music videos, marketing, touring, etc).
• Similar aesthetic (within reason, you don’t have to look like a graveyard, but you certainly can. “Casual wear” would not fit the aesthetic, but all negotiable).
• Full-band live experience, efficient set-up and tear-down (15-minute changeovers, values the time of the venue and the other bands, able to play 30-60 minute sets).
• Understands a band is a business, not a hobby (we have a massive amount of fun, but we want this to be our jobs, and it needs to be treated as such, with the social and financial sacrifices necessary for that goal).
