My film reel hasnāt been updated in 7 years and Iām not even mad.ā¤ļø š¬ As this year comes to an end Iām planning on making a new one but itās always nice to look back at almost a decade of work and still be proud. Creatives can be VERY judgmental about their work (I still am) but this reel has still consistently helped me get work after all these years and Iām happy with that. Looking forward to the next one! Bodybuilding is unlike anything Iāve ever trained for. If you truly want to get to above average results itās just like anything else, it takes absolute commitment. The main difference is that the commitment to near perfection is almost 24 hours a day. The eating, sleeping, learning and training is constant & the level of nerdery that you can achieve is insane. Thereās so much to learn & Iām only just now realizing what Iāve missed out on over the last 10 years as far as growth but no regretsā¦
It took 10 years of consistent training to reach a maturity level high enough to care about these tiny details. But guess what? THOSE DETAILS MATTER.
All that being saidā¦ Iām loving it & it feels amazing to have a physique that Iām proud of.

I picked up a new track bike last month and finally was able to ride it Sunday and Monday. AWESOME! Absolutely loved it. This 700 is a great transition from the 390 and by the second day I was feeling dialed.
