“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
The deeper meaning of this scripture is that even painful seasons, disappointments, delays, betrayal, mistakes, heartbreak, and battles are not wasted in God’s hands. So, the promise is not that life will always feel good but the promise is that God is able to weave every moment into something meaningful for those who stay connected to Him.
This is an assurance is that; - what tried to break you can build you - what looked like rejection can redirect you - what felt like an ending may actually be preparation.

Today means so much to me because it’s the first time I get to celebrate your birthday as your husband. That alone makes this day very special. Having you in my life is one of the greatest blessings I could ever ask for.

“I found myself in a Calm space.”
The kind that doesn’t demand attention, but gently invites you to breathe a little deeper. Away from the noise, away from the constant movement, I finally had room to just be. No pressure, no expectations, just stillness wrapping around me like a quiet embrace.
In that subtle silence, my thoughts felt lighter. I could actually hear myself think, reflect, and wander without interruption. It wasn’t loud or dramatic; it was soft, steady, and almost sacred in its simplicity. Time seemed to slow down, and for once I wasn’t trying to chase it.
Stepping away from the noise gave me clarity I didn’t even realize I needed. It reminded me how powerful a peaceful moment can be. How healing it is to disconnect from everything outside and reconnect with everything within. It was gentle, it was grounding, and it was beautifully understated and I loved every bit of it.
