Last September Mike and I got engaged (twice!) in Lake Bled, Slovenia and then once more (why not?) in Montebello, Quebec. This August we celebrated our marriage with a small circle of family and friends in The Blue Mountains on Georgian Bay. It was pretty magical and there was a lot of laughter. We then took a break on the shores of New Brunswick and fell more in love with this beautiful country. Thank you @lightandshadowphoto for the beautiful photos, to those who weren’t with us but who sent kind words and well wishes in cards and notes and voice messages, and to everyone who made the journey to celebrate with us. ❤️
5 years of bike rides, and cooking, and family time, and playing games, and seeing shows, and dancing in the kitchen, and sometimes sitting on a rocky beach in PEC counting our lucky stars. Love you, Mike Z ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My lovely treehouse apartment at 10th and Manitoba will be available for rent soon. I hear it will be around $1750.00 which is insane. But there it is! It will have some upgrades.

Last week an audience member created a stream of consciousness poem while watching the show. They stuck around afterwards to share it with me. She read it out loud and I stood in the theatre and listened and it hit me right in the heart. Theatre can be the place where deep connection is made and it makes my insides shine that it did so this day.

Vancouver! It is time for me to leave my lovely pied-a-terre apartment here. It has been a brilliant place for me over the past many many years and for so many others to land and perform. I am giving away some furniture to a good home and will also put on Kijiji!
First up - this white table and these chairs (I think I have four of them)! There is a bit of damage on the table but a strategically placed object such as a clock makes it quite pretty.
