Welcome Woody Anderson! ⭐ We’re pleased to announce Woody Anderson as our new Senior Enterprise Account Executive, North America. Woody brings 20+ years of experience across enterprise sales, business development, and operational leadership. Over the past seven years at WPP, he led senior sales and business development efforts for global brands at Gorilla Group, Wunderman Thompson, and VML. Before that, he spent 15+ years operating and scaling digital businesses across retail, CPG, hospitality, and consumer electronics. He’s delivered multi-million-dollar engagements for organizations like Nestlé, Colgate-Palmolive, IBM, Humana, and the United States Marine Corps. JDE Peet’s decided to fix the second part. ☕ JDE Peet’s employees didn’t have one clear place to find answers, their routine requests required too many manual steps, and reporting lacked visibility. We helped them build a HR Central on Zendesk: a centralized knowledge bank with AI-powered search and automated workflows. We’re happy to announce Martin Hjalm as our new Chief Client Officer, North America. ⭐ Martin’s journey with Vaimo started on the other side of the table. He first partnered with us as a client during his time at Brown-Forman, where he saw our delivery and strategic approach firsthand. He then joined Vaimo in 2019 and helped launch and grow our North America business, building the teams and client relationships that continue to drive results today. The results under his leadership speak for themselves: a 98% project success rate, 95% client retention, and an NPS of 67. In his new role, Martin will lead Vaimo North America’s client growth strategy, owning end-to-end client success across commerce and digital channels.The role formalizes what Martin has always been known for: building trust, staying close to clients, and turning strategy into results.
