This weekend, Halley Frailey graduates with a degree in mechanical engineering, an aerospace specialization, and confidence from leading, building, and pushing past limits.
She’s tried a little bit of everything along the way, from learning the ins and outs of engineering at Caterpillar to stepping into her family’s world through hands-on ag work at Nutrien. Each experience gave her something different, and helped her figure out not just what she’s good at, but what actually matters to her.
In a field where women are still underrepresented, Halley shows up ready to change that. From designing and racing with Saluki Baja to leading the Society of Women Engineers, she’s not just breaking barriers; she’s making sure others can follow.
Congrats, Halley! Go change the game! 🎓
