Gilda Penang — a low-key hidden gem.
Ordered the Snapper Ceviche w/ Caviar (Sides), Tomato Sofrito Rice, Dijon Crispy Chicken Sandwich (Mains) & Coconut Infinite (Beverage).
Every dish felt thoughtfully balanced and carefully executed.
The smokiness from the tomato sauce, layered with the clams’ umami, was especially memorable.
The crispy chicken paired with ciabatta delivered all the right textures, one bite after another.
Meanwhile, the crispy tempeh chips, ceviche, and caviar created another merry-go-round of textures and flavours. 😍
First visit, but definitely not the last.
