Recent Boorloo expat, now based in Mparntwe/Alice Springs, @britt_thebit_bro is an eclectic selector with a range from ambient serenades to bassy sassy beats. Informed by their formative years in the UK, they have a penchant for dub stylings and Bristol sounds, as well as a love for local field recordings inspired by her deep appreciation of the natural world.
Earning their stripes for the last four years as a presenter for RTRFM’s Trainwreck and Ambient Zone, as well as featuring on lineups of beloved Boorloo & Walyalup queer parties Nest FM and Smoked Trout, Britt is excited to share her Desert Frog Dub Triptych series on RTR2!
Inspired by their move to Mparntwe Country; from the thriving underground music scene of the cooler months to the recent desert floods that have brought waves of bustling amphibious life.
Episode one takes a dive down the waterholes of the red centre; sinking into a squelchy and percussive soundscape, rendered through ambient, downtempo and dub.

@mwrecs are a label founded in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal currently based on Nyoongar boodja. Co-run by E Millar and Craig Pedersen, Mystery and Wonder have worked together with @tone.list for more than a decade, linked by the pair’s regular trips to Boorloo to visit family and share music.
In this special mix, the duo assemble music from global collaborators, label tracks, and sounds from their own body of work, ending in a very special unreleased recording; the singing of which is an important annual ritual to close Audible Edge.

The Audible Edge ‘26 Mix Series keeps rolling in the lead-up to Tone List’s Audible Edge Festival of Exploratory Music, this year running May 1 - 3.
Jasmin Wing-Yin Leung is a member of Umbel, a trio alongside Mirren Strahan and Lily Tait who, “across a combined 17 years playing music together, have built a shared language drawn from mutual obsessions: tuning systems, intonation worship, textural strata, extended forms and violin supergroup ethic.”
Jasmin’s playlist explores some deep cuts from her treasure trove of influences and intrigues, including folk and classical forms, and recent experimental composition exploring microtonality and psychoacoustics.

RTR2 introduces The Audible Edge ‘26 Mix Series; setting the mood in the lead-up to @tone.list Audible Edge Festival of Exploratory Music, running this year from May 1 - 3.
First up is Tone List’s current secretary Peter Sage, but before that he was (and remains) the exploratory label & collective’s most dedicated punter; attending the lion’s share of their gigs for over 10 years. He’s a deep listener and has probably been to thousands of concerts in his day.
Tune in for two hours of introspective tracks spanning atmospheric songs, cryptic electronics and experimental composition.
