Through our Kick Off Celebration, we have successfully engaged more people who believe in our vision and the potential of our project. Today, you can also be part of this movement toward a new generation, where we use soccer as a powerful tool for social transformation, combined with education and mentorship to develop the future leaders of our community. You can join this change through the link available in our bio. We invite you to be part of this journey and help us build a real and sustainable impact together. Shout out to @thisispedrogomez for voiceover! #RomanTorresFoundation #SocialImpact #Leadership #Transformation #PurposeDrivenInvestment

Listening to the voices that matter most. We visited Walla Walla Community College @wwcc_athletics to meet with VP of Student Services, Dr. Vandenboom, and connect directly with student athletes. We had an honest and insightful conversation about the challenges they’re facing, the opportunities ahead, and what support truly looks like from their perspective. Grateful for the openness and leadership shown by the students, we’re inspired by their drive and look forward to finding ways to support them through the Roman Torres Foundation. #RomanTorresFoundation #WallaWalla #StudentAthletes #YouthDevelopment #CommunityImpact

Big thanks to @1st.security.bank , the bank of choice for the Roman Torres Foundation, for opening their doors to our board each month and giving us a place to gather, plan, and keep building. We’re proud to bank with people who truly support the community. Thank you for being part of the work and for continuing to show up for organizations like ours. And one more thing, don’t forget to register for our kickoff event on April 23! We’d love to celebrate with you. Link in bio.

Still so many people to thank for this weekend I want to again first thank God for this event. I want to thank my coaching staff. Coach Gato, coach Isaiah, coach credit, coach TA. Coach Billie, blessing us with that beautiful piece of art of Duran. And Aj you’re not a coach but the way you helped organize this thing was next to perfect. I want to thank the peoples and businesses that helped us raise money for this event @titleboxingclubseattle thank you for letting us use your facility for a fundraiser as well as @fremonthealthclub . And a special shout out to coach bill and his wife aurrie( in sure I spelled her name wrong.. lol but thank you to this group, qnd once again a big shout out to @thisispedrogomez for making the connection with the Panama legend @robertoduranbox . Duran was just such a peoples person. I want this generation and every generation to remember his name and how much of a peoples champ he is. This man signed eveeeyones autograph that came his way turning down no one no matter how tired he was. Such a legend. And a big shout out to @romantorres_05 @romantorresfoundation and there were so many volunteers in which I’m going to get the list of everyone’s names and our then on here because you deserve recognition. And let’s give a huge shout out to @king5seattle and @fox13seattle for showcasing this event and the build up. And helping people of this city see what’s going on in the city, that is good and not just the bad things. I know the might be rivals, but they both saw the vision of what we are trying to do in Seattle. Thank you. All that being said I just love my Nomad family. And speaking of which, I have to save the best for last. My beautiful wife @ladyswat she supported me through this whole time, allowing me to purely focus on the task at hand, being understanding, taking on extra duties. I have a wonderful wife that has my back through thick or thin. Thank you love and on

Great conversations and strong community in @cityofww . We had the opportunity to gather at @salted_mill for a meet and greet with City leaders, where we had a fruitful discussion around the needs of local youth and how the Roman Torres Foundation can collaborate to create more opportunities. These moments matter, bringing people together, sharing ideas, and aligning around a common goal to better serve the next generation. Special thank you to Mayor Reyna for organizing the gathering and helping bring everyone to the table. Looking forward to what we can build together. #RomanTorresFoundation #WallaWalla #CommunityImpact #YouthDevelopment #Collaboration

Walla Walla, we’re just getting started. We had a great meeting with the @cityofww Mayor, City Council, and community leaders to share the vision of the Roman Torres Foundation and learn more about what makes Walla Walla such a special place. It was a meaningful conversation about the needs of local youth, the opportunities ahead, and how we can work together to make a lasting impact. We’re excited to be coming back this summer for a World Cup related event and even more excited about the long-term opportunity to build something special alongside this community. Thank you to the City of Walla Walla leadership for the warm welcome and shared commitment to the next generation. #RomanTorresFoundation #WallaWalla #CommunityImpact #YouthDevelopment #WorldCup2026

Great conversations with leaders who care deeply about their community. We met with @city_of_pasco Councilmember Perales, Councilmember Figueroa, and fellow City leaders for a productive discussion on the needs of Pasco’s youth and how we can best show up to serve. We talked about where the gaps are, where the opportunities exist, and how the Roman Torres Foundation can align its mission to make a real impact. Appreciate the openness, insight, and shared commitment to creating more pathways for young people in Pasco. This is how meaningful work begins. Don’t forget to register for our Foundation Kick Off celebration this April 23. Link in our bio. #RomanTorresFoundation #PascoWA #CommunityLeadership #YouthDevelopment #BuildingFutures

Getting a closer look at what’s possible in Pasco. @romantorres_05 and Executive Director Pedro Gomez had the opportunity to visit the Hapo Center to learn more about the events and activations already serving the community and to explore how the Roman Torres Foundation can bring additional youth programming to the space. The vision is simple: create more opportunities for young people through sports, mentorship, and access to resources that help them grow on and off the field. Big thank you to the Hapo Center staff and Councilmember Leo Perales for taking the time to walk us through the space and share your commitment to the community. We’re excited about what’s ahead. #RomanTorresFoundation #PascoWA #HapoCenter #YouthDevelopment #CommunityImpact

Big things happening in Seattle. We had the honor of visiting Nomad Boxing Gym alongside Roman Torres and Executive Director Pedro Gomez to support Coach Manny Dunham and help promote the upcoming Golden Gloves Tournament coming to Seattle for the very first time this April. For us, this was a no brainer. Different sports, same mission: building discipline, confidence, and opportunity for the next generation. Shoutout to Coach Manny and the entire Nomad family for the work you’re doing in the community. We’re proud to stand with you. #RTF
