In the first part of this video, I was spiraling.
Just a few weeks post-op, I convinced myself it had stopped working.
The scale wasn’t moving, and I was checking it every single day… hoping, stressing, overthinking.
I was scared.
Scared it would end up like everything else I had tried before—something that gave me hope at first… then stopped.
I almost cried that day.
Looking back now, I wish I could hug that version of me and tell her: you’re going to be okay.
It didn’t stop working.
I didn’t fail.
It all worked out.
And today, I’m just… grateful 🤍
