Happy Halloween! This week’s AI Throwdown was a 15 minute spooky challenge to “carve a pumpkin” with Nano Banana. Behold: dead ideas, the scariest words an editor can hear, our co-worker trying to not freak out on the Guardians ride during our Disney outing, an alternative scope fee, the beloved IP of one of our awesome clients, a copywriter’s tombstone and our Chief Innovation Officer’s favorite ad of all time. #nanobanana

To create a campaign using AI tools, we reinvented our working process to lean into the benefits of video generation. Instead of only sharing scripts and storyboards, we were able to show prototypes of our ideas right away from round one. This not only let us get to “rough cuts” fast, it meant our Client could see our vision right on the page. From there, every spot got a healthy dose of human craft for UI, motion graphics, color and mix, getting our AI stars ready for their close up.

This week’s challenge was to create an image taking at least three elements and having 🍌Nano Banana combine them. Claps for Copywriter @trvcvv.l whose hipster Doberman won gold.
