For the final episode of @jamesonmalaysia Charred & Crafted series, we visited @thisisluckyhole to see what Michelin Young Chef @waymann.c had in the kitchen for us. He turned Jameson Black Barrel’s tropical notes into a Spring Chicken Charmed Warm Vegetable Salad, topped with a hint of coconut husk. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, the Dark Chocolate Brownie highlighted the whiskey’s gentle spice, creating a perfectly balanced finish. As 2025 draws to a close, we find ourselves pausing for a moment of quiet reflection. Time has moved swiftly, and with it came challenges, growth, and countless moments that reminded us why we do what we do. This year wasn’t simply good or bad, it was real, and we poured our very best into every service, every plate, and every experience we shared with our guests. We are profoundly grateful for the people who have walked this journey with us. To our team : your dedication, your heart, and your quiet perseverance have shaped everything we’re proud of today. To our friends and supporters, and to every guest who chose to spend their time with us, thank you. Your presence has been the greatest reward. Our sincere appreciation also goes to the Michelin Guide 2025 and 2026 for the recognition.
