As a set coordinator, so many thoughtful design decisions come into play. This was a special ensemble created in collaboration with an incredible team.
A captured moment from our series—a lovers’ night transforms into an ethereal dream caught through the dancing gleam of candlelight. Here, vision moves beyond the dream board forming a concept of experience.
Tablescape created alongside floral artistry from @wildhearts.inbloom and @hereventrentals for the elevated table pieces.
Loved capturing and styling this arrangement and bringing this special series to life. More to come—stay tuned!

Hi, I’m Marie! I team up with producers, artists, and creatives to bring your vision to life.
My work goes beyond design—I handle all the little details in between, from logistics to flow, making sure every set or event comes seamlessly together. The goal is a thoughtful, cohesive space that looks and feels beautiful from start to finish.

—The Artwork—
A large figurative drawing framed simply and placed leaning against the wall. The figure is rendered in warm, muted tones—soft ochres, blushes, and pale blues—giving it a delicate, almost faded quality. Floral and organic motifs surround the figure, adding detail without overpowering it. The decision to lean the piece rather than hang it introduces informality and ease, making the art feel present but unforced.
—The Credenza—
A low, mid-century wooden credenza with warm wood grain and clean lines. Its horizontal form grounds the space, offering visual weight beneath the verticality of the wall and artwork. The carved central detail adds subtle texture and craftsmanship, balancing simplicity with character. It acts as a stabilizing element in the room.
—The wall—
A tall, textured plaster wall anchors the space, its surface catching light with quiet variation. Warm-toned figurative works introduce movement and scale, balanced by a low wooden credenza that grounds the composition. Mixed seating, patterned textiles, and restrained objects soften the room, creating a sense of ease. Each element feels placed with intention, allowing the space to feel cohesive without being overworked.

Coffee Pop-up | November 29 | Old Toronto
A private gathering held in the heart of Old Toronto. Defined by height and history, the space drew on old European references. Tall ceilings, layered textures, and varied furnishings created a setting that felt both expansive and intimate.

Textures of Lisboa, Est., 2024
Textures of Lisboa is an ongoing visual study exploring the tactile language of the city. Through architectural details, stonework, air-worn surfaces, draped linens, tablescapes, and moments of quiet decay, this series captures how Lisbon’s textures hold memory, movement, and rhythm.
Each image isolates a distinct material presence—sun-softened stone, patterned tiles, weathered facades, flowing fabric, open air—revealing how contrast and layering shape the city’s visual identity. Together, they form a sensory archive rather than a singular narrative: a collection of materials, surfaces, and atmospheres observed through a designer’s lens.
This project exists outside of traditional portfolio work. It functions as a creative reference library and a design meditation—informing spatial thinking, set composition, and material selection through place-based observation. Textures of Lisboa reflects an approach rooted in attention, restraint, and the quiet dialogue between environment and design.

Handmade tiles | Lisboa, 2024
Each one painted by hand. Each one slightly imperfect in the way only real craft can be. The brushstrokes feel deliberate, almost architectural. They carry the rhythm of tradition into contemporary spaces.
These are not just surfaces, but visual anchors, framing a moment, adding depth through texture and tone. Clay, pigment, and process coming together to tell a story of patience, material honesty, and design that invites you to look closer.
For sets and spaces where detail matters. Detail isn’t an afterthought—it’s what gives a set its depth and intention.
