@thisiskatelim ist eine in Zürich lebende und arbeitende Musikerin im Bereich der elektronischen Musik & Sound Art. Seit 2020 entwickelt sie ihre Klänge autodidaktisch und nutzt Field Recordings und Songwriting als Raum für persönliche Auseinandersetzung mit Identität, Zugehörigkeit und inneren Spannungen.
Neben ihrer künstlerischen Praxis gibt sie Workshops in Musikproduktion und verbindet so ihre eigene Arbeit mit Wissensvermittlung. Ihre Musik zeichnet sich durch eine ehrliche, reflektierte Haltung aus, in der Ambivalenzen bewusst Platz finden.

I went on a little stroll today and was mesmerized by the different forms Limmat takes at this particular spot at the Werdinsel. So I took a couple of shots and went back home to my computer to build some sounds. This format is so trendy right now and i love it😌

Kicking off the year with a 5 am meal after the wildest night! This week was a blur of intense jam sessions, testing limits, and maybe a few sanity questions, but the thrill was real!
