This year, I’m partnering with Fortify as I continue to set goals for my health and wellness. Having two kids is a massive blessing but takes a toll on my body and Fortify’s integrative approach helps me feel like I’m putting my body back together 😅🫶
This was my first time trying acupuncture with Brianne and it was the best experience. After her assessment, she used small needles throughout my body to support my nervous and digestive systems. She also gave me some general advice to take home including the importance of eating breakfast… I’m not sure when I’ll learn 🍳
I’ve been a patient at Fortify since 2020. They really do focus on the whole person and they’re my go-to for massage therapy, naturopathic care, osteopathic manual therapy, counselling and more!
