Black and white film deserves more than a standard process.
At Liquid Light Lab, black and white is one of the core parts of the lab. Film choice, developer choice, density, tonal separation and scan extraction all shape the final image, which is why we spend real time testing and refining our process.
A thank you to This Is How I Roll Film (@thisis_howiroll ) for sending film over for us to run through the lab. Their Svema-based Noir black and white range is exceptional value for the quality it delivers, with real depth, strong character and a look that responds beautifully to careful processing.
That is exactly where specialist development matters. Films like this deserve to be matched to the right chemistry, and 510 Pyro is part of that. It brings excellent tonal separation, controlled highlights and a distinctive black and white rendering that suits serious film work extremely well.
If you have black and white film ready to process, send it to Liquid Light Lab, link in the bio. From everyday rolls to personal projects and professional work, every roll is handled with care.

Finally recovered from this year's Photography Show!! Months of planning and it's over like it never happened 😂
Thank you to everyone that came to see me, it was amazing to hear so many people say they had heard of me, shot my film and loved it or those that wanted to know more about it. It is always great to speak to people who shoot my film and to hear the reasons why, what they have planned and the excitement of trying something new.
A few ideas have come out from the show, so I will be working on those so stay tuned. For those that missed out being at the show, I have created a discount code for the AHU and the remjet film so that you can get the show price if you weren't able to come.
For the AHU (Remjet free) use code TPS2026AHU to get 3 or more rolls at £11 instead of £12.
For the Remjet film, use the code TPS2026Remjet to get 5 rolls or more for £7 (£35 for a 5 pack). Make sure you add them individually not using the bulk quantity button.
These codes will run until midnight on Friday 28th March. All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Keep an eye on the website for a restock of Spectrum ( a big seller at the show this year) and the medium format versions of Noir.
NOIR - TWO
Another shot taken using NOIR 200. This is probably my favourite film that I’ve used thus far.

NOIR - ONE
Went to the Photography and Video showcase yesterday and picked up a nifty roll of NOIR 200 from the legends over at @thisis_howiroll . I’m in love with how these shots came out to the point I might have to buy another roll or two.
