A week ago, the class of 2022 graduated from the 3T Course, and I had the honour and pleasure of being a support course leader alongside the incredible human, @whois_aj ✨
I am beyond proud of each of them. The passion and dedication, curiosity and perseverance that I witnessed in those weeks have been incredibly inspirational and empowering. I’m so excited to see them working in the industry as I have with the alumni 3T class of 2020 ❤️🩹 reminding me of the amazing possibilities that can come true, the underrepresented no longer underrepresented.

Congrats to these incredibly skilled women who are ready to go on as multi-techs, monitor and sound engineers, lighting designers and many other touring/music roles.
