ELEVATED GARDEN PARTIES i’m absolutely loving the elevated garden party trend at the moment, I think we can all thank Bridgerton for that! Not mad about it, quite frankly any excuse for afternoon tea in the sunshine gets a thumbs up from me! Taking something that we all know and love and giving it a bit of a boost with a curated tablescape, beautiful delicate florals and my favourite statement scallop umbrella is 100% on everyone’s want list. Things to consider with outdoor garden weddings: - the weather - hot? cold? Do you need umbrellas and misters or blankets and heaters? - bugs. Seriously. They’re everywhere. In the glasses, on the plates, IN the linen. - on bugs…mosquitos. Always have spray handy especially if you’re by water! - power. To make light and music, one must have access to multiple outdoor plug sockets, or a generator. - toilets. Where are they? Are they far? Do we need to hire them? Too hard?
