Our friend and long time contributor to the Omaha music scene, Aaron Broveak, was recently diagnosed with a progressive form of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) that has changed the lives of him and his wife, Jessika, dramatically.
Aaron is the reason a lot of us started to play music and strived to be better at our craft. Without his guidance, many of your favorite local bands wouldn’t be around today. We are asking the Omaha and greater Nebraska community to come together to help the one who has helped so many of us.

There has been so much loss in our beautiful little music community, it has been hard to keep up. Just promoting this event has interwoven with other sad stories and passings. That being said, I’m here and hurting as well, but excited to celebrate our friend Katie with some other great bands this upcoming Sunday. Our six piece sci-fi fart joke is far from earnest in the way of tributes, but the last time I got to see her was after our Exposed performance back in February, and I hope we can deliver a smile and some dancing to honor truly one of the “gooder” friends in my life.
