Why THIRD Street?
Las Vegas is still writing its cultural legacy, and the Arts District is at the center of that story. The neighborhood is growing in exciting ways, but as development moves in, the very buildings that first pioneered the spirit of the district are quietly slipping away.
THIRD Street is reimagining one of those original spaces, transforming it into a permanent home for live performance, broadcast, education, and community. A place where artists can create, audiences can connect, and students can discover real pathways into creative careers.
We’re here to ensure the Arts District continues to thrive as the cultural heart of Las Vegas. Fulfilling its legacy and shaping its future.
How does THIRD Street work?
We’re transforming one of the Arts District’s original buildings into a creative campus designed to create, connect, and share.
FOR PERFORMANCE
✅ A 150-seat black box theater.
✅ A 250-seat proscenium theater.
✅ In Phase Two, a 600-seat main theatre.
BROADCAST & PRODUCTION
🎧 Recording studios and flexible creative spaces.
📡 Integrated broadcast production so every stage can also be a production facility, sharing Vegas voices with the world.
EDUCATION & CAREERS
📚 Immersive training and workforce programs that open real career pathways - inspiring and equipping the next generation of creative professionals.
COMMUNITY
🌆 A events & gathering areas that keep culture rooted in the Arts District, bringing artists and audiences together.
This is how THIRD works: by building the spaces Vegas has been missing, and using them to create, broadcast, and raise up the next generation of creators.
Ignite THIRD is underway: we’re raising $1.5 million to transform one of the Arts District’s original buildings into a permanent hub for performance, broadcast, education, and community.
Ignite THIRD is our 90-day campaign to open the building, begin renovations, and launch the first wave of educational programs and community activation. With the lease signed and planning underway, we’re entering the phase where every contribution directly powers the education, spaces, and systems bringing THIRD Street to life.

STUNTDRIVER
at Bizarre Bar
6/18 @ 7PM, 6/19 @ 6PM, 6/20 @ 4PM, 6/21 @ 8PM
Adventure Rock Spectacle
An immersive, performance-charged, genre-bending proto-punk rock show from STUNTDRIVER, led by multidisciplinary performer and chaos engineer Kym Priess. Originally conceived as a solo, character-driven work and now evolved into a lethal touring unit, the project was personally invited to open on Peaches’ 20th-anniversary tour.
Clad in white stuntsuits with Blade Runner–esque makeup, the band channels the spirit of Siouxsie Sioux, Peaches, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Distillers, and Hole into a volatile mix of raw punk urgency, bass-driven art rock, and a barreling pulse. Joined by the Warped Whores burlesque duo and rotating local clown/chaos guests each night, the sound is as physical as it is theatrical.
High-energy, immersive, and wildly collaborative, the audience is pulled through a living album experience—part concert, part lucid hallucination, part kinetic thrill ride.
Imagine a party co-hosted by Pee-wee Herman and Elvira inside a surreal, outer-space Dalà dream—where Dr. Frank-N-Furter crashes into Barbarella, Cindy Sherman, and Evel Knievel.

10 Lovers
at Third Street
6/18 @ 7:30PM, 6/22 @ 7:30PM, 6/25 @ 7:30PM
Ten lovers. One woman. All the lies in between. A bold excavation of identity shaped by desire, ambition, and the roles she chose to play. Three performers—one woman, her younger self, and a lifetime of lovers—reconstruct a past where memory becomes a reckoning. Fast-paced, funny, and unflinchingly honest, this is the search for who remains when the performance ends.

About First Person Immersive
First Person Immersive was founded in the summer of 2025 by lifelong theater practitioners Natalie Senecal and Mike Vargovich. Having worked across nearly every facet of theater, the duo set out to create a new kind of performance—one that audiences don’t simply watch, but actively shape through presence, choice and participation.
Rooted in a generation raised on screens and a wealth of media, First Person Immersive challenges passive consumption through intimate, exploratory storytelling. Drawing inspiration from expansive narrative worlds, their work constructs fully realized environments where audiences step inside the story, engage directly with characters and uncover meaning through discovery.
Originally from Las Vegas, Senecal and Vargovich relocated to Chicago to pursue their dream of creating immersive works and to bring this deeply personal, world-driven approach to theater to one of the country’s most storied stages.
