And to all the things that are universal but so much more isolated to perhaps be contemplated by fidgets. To all that stays to not be seen. To it that arrives but never visits in comprehension.
To it that came to say goodbye for the 8th time, until the roundabout once more, until the next time. :)
To light.
And to the waters, the trees, the skies and the whispering of them.
I'd always chase the kite in the sky, with one wrapped around my hands. I'd always chase the kite in the sky, while holding a kite in my mind.
Running toward the sky, with a kite of my own, while chasing another.
The kite in the sky just looked so much more alive. I longed for the one dancing up there, it simply lived better in the wind.
And up there, everything just lives better.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The moment my eyes stopped at the sight, this is exactly what my mind made of the view. Some may call it delusional but it’s only delusional when you don’t feel that itch, when a trail of shivers doesn’t run down your spine. I might call it the same, too, when I'm in my systematic senses. But with every ticking second, I’ve felt it in every cell of my being.
And that’s what makes it real.
To me.

I was onto my daily path but this time, this day, the air seemed to talk. I couldn't help but notice, and suddenly, the light was waving at me through the window, on the refrigerator, on the wall.
I often ruin the feeling of being in conversation with them when I try to trap reality in a click, only to be left distressed.
But this time, it was this day,
It came to say goodbye for the seventh time. And the goodbye was nothing short of love and kindness, nor was it the kind of goodbye we humans say. It was a kind of goodbye to meet in another plane, until the roundabout once more, for the eighth time.
To light.
And to the witty peeping window trick ;)

Abandoned - Some things exist regardless of the time they come from, yet they converse about a time unknown to them in the present. It still speaks of time as a memory, doesn’t it?
Both times exist simultaneously but can't be lived together. One may argue about the mechanical, measurable and structured time with absolute order and synchronisation. But the time that is also a memory is fluid, is subjective and is emotional to its very core. It is more personal, it is more intuitive, and it is felt rather than measured.
"Each time is true, but the truths are not the same." ~ Einstein's dreams by Alan Lightman

Hand-painted illustrations for children's book of the poem taken from "The Tunnel Thru the Air, or, Looking back from 1940" -
"WHY THE SAINTS WERE SAINTS"
Because they were cheerful when it was hard to be cheerful;
And patient when it was hard to be patient;
And because they pushed on when they wanted to stand still;
And kept silent when they wanted to talk,
And were agreeable when they wanted to be disagreeable.

BTS of our first-ever film project.
A subtle representation of what goes behind filmmaking be it the planning, on-the-spot improvisations, multiple set designs, manipulating the light, and of course exhaustion.
We initially planned a two day shoot which did happen until we realized that we didn't get our ideal short. Reshoot pe reshoot reshoot pe reshoot made it an extensive 4 days shoot day and night.
Hectic but it was one of the most wholesome experience of a lifetime. To make a script come to life is a lot of responsibility and fun.
All credits to the team for making it a memorable experience. @wonder.designs25@shrutikiran_@saumyasahay_@naomikadwidesh
