The last stop for the evening last night was Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar (Aurora, CO). This is not our first Lazy Dog experience, and the food, drink, and service is always excellent. Thank you, Shawn Palacios, for the great drinks and excellent service. After a day of driving, it was nice to sit down, relax, and have a great meal!

We skipped breakfast and got on the road to head to Colorado right away this morning. Our first stop was San Pedro Mexican Restaurant in North Platte, NE. It was delicious! The hospitality was great; there were so many delicious options, so we asked for recommendations, and it was worth it! We recommend their Carne Asada tacos and the Shredded Chicken Enchiladas Verdes; it was top-notch!
