Being a B Corp means thinking about impact beyond the work we deliver for our clients. That includes employee volunteering, giving the team time to support causes and communities that matter to them. Here’s what a few of the team have been up to this #BCorpMonth: 🎨 Our Head of Sustainability and Purpose, Susanna Francis spent time at Newport Primary School helping run creative workshops for the school’s annual art festival 🍽️ Head of Brand Lauren Westmore volunteered with Penge Living Well, a community hub, helping out at their food bank and in their charity shops. It’s a cause close to home, supporting the people and place she’s part of every day 🦋 Senior Account Executive, Tasha Christou helped organise a charity ball for The Butterfly AVM Charity Limited, a charity that offers vital information and support to AVM sufferers and their loved ones. It’s a cause that’s deeply personal to her, and the annual event is a key part of keeping that support going ❤️ And the full team is busy supporting The Peel, our local Clerkenwell charity and community hub. This week, Account Director Lucy and Account Manager Ethan participated in this year’s PRCA Young Lions competition! This year’s brief was dedicated to the Alzheimer’s Society – asking participants to help raise awareness of the devastating affects and the role we all have to help those affected. Shortlisting is announced on Friday, the 20th of March – so good luck to all those who took part this year!

This week Third City turned 15… so we made ourselves a cake 🎂 But no amount of icing can tell the full story of TC. What started with a trestle table, a fridge and a handful of clients has become a 30-strong, top 150 agency with countless landmark campaigns (and trophies!) under our belts for some of the most exciting and important brands out there. Hotels to banks, cars to restaurants, holidays to donkeys… we’ve done it all. Thanks to everyone that’s been a part of our story, none of it would be possible without the incredible people we’re fortunate enough to work alongside. We enter 2026 with a stronger team than ever. Thanks for being on the journey with us 💪
