Most of my friends are everywhere but here.
For a while, I genuinely thought maybe I was done trying.
Cities felt smaller than it is.
And then Sofar happened.
Not in a dramatic, life changing way. Just quietly. A room full of music. People sitting close. No pretence. No noise. Just feeling.
@man_a_f I’ve already told you this, but you’re doing something beautiful. The way these rooms shift because of you… that’s not normal.
Ali, the way you hold the space never feels forced. It feels like you belong there.
@rubydarbyshiremusic , @Kevsleepin , @amritkiran.m — that night wasn’t just songs. It was waves. The kind that stay in your chest even after you leave.
@lifeofvijay_ we were strangers at one Sofar, met again at a beacn event, and somehow that turned into real conversations. Also, the way you see things through your lens? Different.
@fathima.94 all these years living close by, and it took music to actually bring us together. Funny how that works.
@aksha1102 Dude bubblegum to the hair remember? ^^
I thought I was done with socialising.
Turns out, I was just in the wrong rooms.
Grateful for days like this. I don’t usually give up my lazy weekends, but this one felt right. It was easy, the conversations, the silence, everything. They didn’t just host me, they made me feel at home
