There's been a lot of progress on site lately as our set of villas continue the framing process and the driveway/garage takes shape 💪

The bathtub is often revered as the centrepiece of a new bathroom, and now that they are widely available in a whole range of shapes and sizes, configuring your bespoke bathroom that ticks both boxes of style and comfort has never been easier.
Here we chose a freestanding, round tub to maximise space without sacrificing style.

A prime example is this fluted glass front door that creates privacy but also lets natural light in to brighten up the interior space ✨

When renovating, it's important to think about which parts of the home you want to showcase and what will be on the other side of your windows.
For example, here at our Bondi project we emphasised as much natural light as possible into this living room and highlighted the lush greenery of the surrounding garden and a beautiful tree that will double as artwork.

Now this is a space we can get around, albeit a tighter squeeze than some of the laundry areas we are used to creating.
To make it work we utilised nifty bench storage, open shelving, hanging rails for ironed clothes, and full height storage for items like ironing boards, mops, brooms and all the linen that's needed for a five bedroom house.
Not to mention we used the same stone for both bench top and splash back to tie it all together 👌
