You can find the two works described below in cases next to the TSA pre-check on the southernmost end of ticketing and departures (outside the A concourse)—slide all the way through for an overall shot and map for visual context and way finding!
I (@planetpaintpeople ) have been collaborating with Tuan’s soul to title, complete the alien hand and compile and arrange the other objects he made while living for the sculpture “take me home” I also collaborated with his soul to design and paint the hanging structure for “if I die then let me be happy”—thanks to @tommy.g.human and @seatac_international_airport for the support building the structure and the opportunity to show Tuan’s work!

Memorial details—Open to all—The program will be 1pm-2:30 pm (approximately) with time for people to share memories and stories. Following the program we will share some snacks, visit, listen to music and draw together (Exquisite Corpse and pages for Tuan’s “never-ending comic”) If the weather’s nice we can visit outside in the park adjoining the Center, if not we’ll be in the lobby area. We will livestream the memorial for those who are not able to attend in person. Please RSVP for the livestream to receive the link.
