Our workshop with Aliru gave hands on insights into what it really takes to build and grow a startup from scratch.
From mastering sales and marketing in the early days to developing a scalable product and leveraging AI for efficient operations, participants worked on a real case and stepped into the role of building a go to market strategy for “Sally” 💡
