Domaine Chanson 2022 Chablis on Sale at Only $29.95!
Finding a great Chablis at $30 is challenging any day, but with all the tariffs hitting in the last year it's become almost impossible. But, we were able to secure a bit of Domaine Chanson's 2022 Chablis at a really wonderful price that we're passing on while we've got it.
Chanson is a historic producer in Burgundy, founded in 1750 and now owned by Champagne Bollinger since 1999; they've imbued their rigorous viticultural and winemaking practices to this estate, and the result shows in the bottle. It's classic Chablis, with a core of bright acidity, green apple, and ripe lemon curd on the finish. 2022 was a generous and fruit-forward vintage for Chablis; the wines are are lush and drinking well right now, and the Chanson in particular will still age wonderfully for at least another 5-7 years.
