EMBODIED CORE
Embodied core targets and brings awareness to your abs, obliques, back, glutes and hips through bodyweight exercises, controlled movements and functional exercises that improve posture, balance, and overall body strength.
SOMATIC DANCE
A guided movement practice supported by live musicians and DJs. Somatic dance is an exploratory movement class that invites you to move from sensation rather than choreography. Guided prompts support awareness of breath, weight, rhythm and internal impulse, allowing movement to arise organically and authentically. The practice emphasis curiosity, choice and presence over performance. Somatic dance can support nervous system regulation, emotional expression, creativity and reconnection with the body.
CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK
Conscious connected breathing is a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern. By maintaining continuous, rhythmic breathing with no pauses between the inhale and exhale, we alter the body’s oxygen and carbon dioxide balance, promoting an altered state of consciousness that can help access emotions, stress, trauma or encourage a deep emotional release.
YIN & BREATHWORK
Yin & Breathwork is a slower and more meditative practice, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. The yoga poses are held for longer periods of time, with the body fully supported by the ground or the use of props, targeting your deep connective tissues. Whilst guided breathwork supports the nervous system and intends to focus the mind.
SLOW VINYASA
Slow vinyasa flow is a sequence of yoga postures paired with a strong emphasis on the breath, connected by smooth moving transitions between poses in a flowing style. Slow vinyasa moves your muscles through a variety of poses, increasing flexibility, strength and circulation, whilst focusing the mind through a moving meditation.
