Join us for Postpartum Restore 🤍 A core + pelvic floor focused pilates-like class created exclusively for moms.
This beginner-friendly class focuses on deep core strength, pelvic floor support, posture, and restorative movement after motherhood. Our trainer is specially trained in postpartum fitness and will thoughtfully accommodate injuries, diastasis recti, pelvic floor concerns, and other issues associated with pregnancy and birth.
