Perimenopause without the overwhelm.
Just tell me what to do â I built the plan.
Lifestyle first. Everything else second.đSTART NOW
A wonderful morning discussing all things women and midlife and wellness. There is nothing more uplifting than being surrounded and empowered by women who believe in the same cause as me @nabellahealth !
Hair loss in midlife isn't just cosmetic. It's a signal â hormones, inflammation, and stress converging on the follicle.
I was fascinated to learn there's stem cells inside a healthy follicle that
Can be preserved.
Can be Banked.
Can be available for future restoration.
Just like the placenta except much easier procedure to get done and @acornbiolabs makes this possible from a simple sample.
This may br the smartest longevity investment most people have never heard of so I'm going to test it out on myself.
WHY?
I want my personalized blend of growth factors, exosomes (around 5 billion on average), and essential molecules with growth factors at levels up to 34x higher than PRP/PRF.
Save this if you've ever thought about your hair health in midlife. It may be just what you need to keep the clock frozen in time.
The window to bank is now while your cells are most viable. If you want to test alonghside me in my midlife experiments I have a special offer inside The Network.

The stress youâve been pushing through may be costing you years of estrogen.
Read that again.
Most women expect menopause to arrive around a certain age. So when symptoms show up earlier than expected, they get told to blame genetics. Aging. âJust the way your body is.â
I recently learned that
Chronic stress can move up the timeline.
When cortisol stays elevated for years, it doesnât just affect how you feel.
It affects your ovaries.
The same organs producing the estrogen that protects your bones, your brain, your heart, your sleep, your skin.
The body is making a calculation: survival comes first.
If your nervous system thinks youâre under threat â deadlines, caregiving, the news, the inbox, the silent weight of holding it all â it pulls resources from reproduction to keep you running. Year after year, that decision compounds.
By the time the symptoms hit, youâre not âearly.â Youâre on the timeline your body was forced to write.
This is why stress regulation isnât optional anymore.
Itâs not about feeling calmer this afternoon. Itâs about how many years of estrogen-protected health you get to keep.
We get into all of it with @cynthia_thurlow_ : Why Fixing Your Hormones Without Fixing Your Gut Will Never Be Enough â the podcast episode where we connect chronic stress, cortisol, gut health, and the timing of this transition.

If this landed for you, send it to someone in your life who needs to hear it. đ§

You donât need a stack of 12 supplements. You need a foundation that delivers what your body actually wants in this chapter - protein, fiber, real micronutrients. One whole plant. Less guessing. @zivo.life â¨đŚ

After 40, your body isnât breaking down, itâs upgrading.â
But the strategy has to change.â
â
What used to work in your 20s and 30s wonât support your hormones, metabolism, or energy the same way anymore. These are the shifts I focus on daily to support my body with where it is now, not against it.â
â
Small, intentional habits â long-term results.â
Save this for your routine reset đ¤

The gym has always been part of who I am.â
But somewhere in my 40s I realized I was still working out for a body I used to have.â
The workouts I loved, the heated HIIT classes, the cardio, the pilates, they felt right. They just stopped working. Not because I wasnât trying hard enough. Because my body had quietly changed the rules and I was still playing the old game.â
So I did what I always do. I went into the research.â
And what I found was clear: weight training is the non-negotiable for midlife. Not cardio. Not HIIT. Not the things that made sense in my 30s.â
Hereâs how I eased in:â
35 â 1 day of weight training per weekâ
42 â 2 days (I wish Iâd started sooner)â
44 â 3 daysâ
Now â about to add a 4thâ
What went? The heated HIIT. The weekly pilates. The long cardio sessions I thought I needed.â
And yes, I fully brought my workouts back circa 1980. Machines over free weights. Goldâs Gym energy. All of it. Zero apologies. đâ
What came instead? More energy. Less inflammation. And I have never, I mean never felt stronger in my life.â
You donât need to do more in midlife. You need to do the right things for the body you actually have right now.â
Apparently that body responds very well to a good old-fashioned leg press. Who knew.â
What does your current workout routine look like? Drop it below đ Iâm curious how many of us are still working out for an older version of ourselves.

That belly wonât budge because youâre fighting the wrong problem.
Hereâs what most women in midlife are never told:
Cortisol may be running the show.
It rises in midlife.
And women have significantly more cortisol receptors in the abdominal area than men.
Which means when stress stays highâŚ
Seriously who isnât stressed?!
Your body is biologically designed to store fat exactly where you are trying hardest to lose it.
THE đ§
Cutting more food raises cortisol.
Harder workouts raise cortisol.
The harder you fight â the more your body holds on.
This is not a discipline problem.
This is not a willpower problem.
This is a biology problem.
And once you understand what is actually driving it
Everything changes.
You deserve to know this before you cut another carb or sign up for another class.

Introducing The Well Drop Approved⢠an invite-only collective of the best-in-class brands for women in midlife.â
â
Every brand in here has been researched, vetted, and tested because I found it, used it, and saw it work in my own body first.â
â
Hereâs what most people donât know: the wellness space is full of incredible products that donât work due to quality and because most women are using them before the foundation is in place.â
â
The Well Drop Approved Network was built to fix that.â
â
1. Foundation first with The Well Drop Blueprint.
2. Then every upgrade you make actually lands from The Well Drop Approved⢠products inside The Network.â
â
We are just getting started and the brands inside this collective are exactly the ones I reach for myself, my clients and the women I support daily.â
This is where you go when you see something and think âshould I take this?â If itâs not here then wait as it may just be great marketing but not built for midlife.
â
Comment WELL to be the first to see inside as it grows. đ

Most women spend years trying to fix their hormones.
And they still feel off.
Hereâs what nobody is telling you over the loudspeaker:
Your gut microbiome changes in midlife at the exact same time your hormones do. And it communicates directly with your brain, your bones, your ovaries, and your metabolism.
That means your brain fog, your bloating, your sleep disruption, your mood may not be purely hormonal.
They may be gut signals your doctor isnât trained to read.
This is what I talked about with @cynthia_thurlow_ in one of the most important episodes Iâve recorded.
-Why fixing your hormones without fixing your gut will never be enough.
The women who finally feel like themselves again arenât just the ones who got their hormones right. Theyâre the ones who figured out both.
You deserve to know this.

The inaugural @wellistweek is here. â
The founders, scientists, investors, and operators building what wellness looks like next are all in one place.â
â
Thursday Iâm hosted the room Iâve been waiting to create.â
We are at capacity. And there is a waitlist.â
Women drive 85% of purchasing power in this country. We are the consumers, the decision makers, the ones wellness brands are built for. And yet we have not always been the ones in the room where the decisions get made. That changes now.â
â
This gathering exists because the women who are investing in, building, and leading this industry need to know each other. The founders. The operators. The marketers. The investors. All in one place, not to network, but to connect. Because the future of wellness will be shaped by what happens in rooms like this one.â
And the room is full.â Itâs clear others agree with me too.
â
If you are on the waitlist, we see you and we are working on it. We want every woman who wants to be there to have a seat.â
If you are not yet, this is your sign for next time. â
Because this is just the beginning.â
â
Drop a đââď¸ if you want in next time. Because we are stronger together.
