The BEST new way to get around Lexington: @_lextran LexRide!🚌
Lextran just launched a new pilot bus program to get us between Lexington hot spots! There are two loops to take you between downtown and either the distillery district or the warehouse block. At a VERY affordable $1, this is an amazing way to avoid the parking hassles of these places! It runs Thursday- Saturday, April-October, 4P-12A, with a frequency of every 12-15 minutes.
I think this new Lextran initiative is going to be AMAZING for the us. It makes getting around Lexington much easier and could really help get much needed traffic to the local businesses in these places.
One thing to note: this is a pilot program, so we have to USE IT OR LOSE IT, Lexington! So don’t hesitate to utilize this amazing new system!
