Pool ‘n’ Tapのお店の下に「THE UNDER」というスペースをオープンします。
上のフロアにあるPool ‘n’ Tapの下にある空間であることから、この名前がつきました。まだ形になっていないアイデアや、これから試してみたいこと、普段は表に出ていない一面など、さまざまな“under”を受け止める場所でありたいという思いを込めています。
“THE UNDER”のタグライン『Space for what’s under』は、そんな考えをシンプルに言葉にしたものです。
ポップアップや展示などに使えるレンタルスペースとして、はじめて何かを始める人にも、すでに活動している人にも、それぞれのペースやスタイルで使ってもらえたらと思っています。
また、ロゴマークのようにどの方向にも開かれた場として、使い方や関わり方も一つに限定せず、さまざまなかたちでこの場所を楽しんでもらえたら嬉しいです。
上のPool ‘n’ Tapとあわせて、この場所全体をゆるやかに行き来しながら過ごしてもらえたらと思っています。
決まった使い方はありません。
その時々のアイデアで、自由に使ってください。

We’re opening a new space called THE UNDER beneath Pool ’n’ Tap.
The name comes from the fact that this space sits below Pool ’n’ Tap on the floor above.At the same time, it reflects our intention to create a place that welcomes a wide range of “under” — ideas that are not yet formed, things yet to be tried, and sides that are not usually seen.
THE UNDER’s tagline, “Space for what’s under,” simply expresses this idea.
As a rental space for pop-ups, exhibitions, and more, we hope it can be used freely by anyone — whether you are starting something for the first time or already active — in your own pace and style.
Like the symbol suggests, this is a place open in all directions, where use and engagement are not limited to a single format. We hope people can enjoy and shape this space in many different ways.
Together with Pool ’n’ Tap upstairs, we hope the entire place can be experienced as a continuous, flowing environment.
There are no fixed rules.
Use it freely, in whatever way fits your idea.
