I normally don't start showing off stuff while I'm in album creation mode until I'm about 95% of the way through, but I'm admittedly in a bit of a rut. I need to figure out production, writer's block (which might be fake, but it) is taking hold. I have ideas, but trying to make everything meld together is kicking my @$$. I think showing this is just part of me reminding myself that the gift is in the process, and that everything will come together soon enough. Idk.
Anyway, in the meantime between time, I've still been writing features. I'm still proactive in some other regards. If you think you can fit production for my next record, let's talk.

Favvors is the moniker of multi-instrumentalist/producer/rapper/graphic designer Sam Calhoun. Hailing from Chicago, and recently transplanted to Atlanta, Sam grabs influences from modern rock, and nostalgic soul and r&b to create smooth and lush beats. Wielding an sp-404 and whatever vinyl they can get their hands on, they are sure to deliver. On World Piece (vol. ii), it's about mixing their world and the new community surrounding it. It's about feeling and creating, not for a show of talent or skill, but a moment of solidarity and ubiquity.
