Are we building businesses â or just trying to survive?â
With around 60% of Nigerian graduates job-hunting, many dive into entrepreneurship out of necessity, not passion.
But how many truly understand what it takes to build and sustain a business?

Today, I celebrate life with deep gratitude.
Not just for the highs, the wins, or the beautiful moments, but for the simple privilege of still being here still growing, still learning, still becoming.
The older I get, the more I understand that life is less about perfection and more about perspective. About appreciating the quiet moments, the meaningful connections, the lessons, the growth, and the gift of time itself.
And somehow, my heart is even thankful for the days ahead, for the experiences yet to unfold, the people yet to meet, the dreams yet to come alive, and the person I am still becoming.
Today, I celebrate not just another year, but the beauty of continuity itself.

Big Bro mi â¤ď¸

You are a great man..and above all, a very kind man. Thank you for always Egbon.
Happy birthday Boss. Mr Toluwase Olaniyan. Hearty cheers.
Some months, we roll up our sleeves. Other months, we hit the road.
Across my journey around the country working with communities and engaging young people one truth remains constant: there is a deep, shared desire for a better society. From cities to underserved areas, people are asking for fair opportunities, accountable leadership, functional systems, and a future they can believe in.
This is a call to collective responsibility where we all commit to building a society anchored on the common good, with leadership rooted in service and decisions that benefit everyone.
As we move forward, we must remain consistent in doing our part while staying grounded in faith. We pray for wisdom for our leaders, strength for our communities, unity across our differences, and a future that reflects our highest hopes. The road ahead may not be easy, but it is one we must walk togetherâfor the common good and for the future we all deserve.
The road ahead may not be easy but it is one we must walk together.
For the common good.
For a better society.
For the future we all deserve.

Traveling far requires some level of pressure.
Pressure to leave whatâs familiar.
Pressure to outgrow comfort.
Pressure to choose purpose over ease.
Nothing meaningful is reached casually. Every long journey demands stretch, sacrifice, and the courage to keep moving when it would be easier to stay still. Pressure is not your enemyâit is proof that youâre expanding, that youâre being shaped for something bigger than where you are now.
If you feel the weight, donât retreat.
Lean in. Adjust. Rise.
Great distances are only covered by those willing to endure the push.
Cut your coat oversize this year! Push the limit.

In partnership with @myaccessbank , we took our Financial and Digital Literacy Project (SheEnable) to the city of Asaba.
Beyond building financial and digital capacity, we amplified critical conversations around the New tax lawsâhelping women entrepreneurs understand what they mean and how to navigate them effectively for business growth.
At EGO Foundation, supporting enterprise development across the board to drive shared prosperity remains central to our mission. Empowering women-led businessesâespecially those at the grassrootsâis not just work for us; it is a privilege.
Asaba was impactful. The journey continues.

When we set out on a mission to create shared prosperity in Africa, we were intentional and clear. Empowering individuals, households, and systems has always been at the heart of our work.
We have never relented on this mission.
Today, we share the story of Bukola, a beneficiary of our African Traditional Textile Design Program, a powerful example of what happens when opportunity meets commitment.
With the support of our partners, @myaccessbank and @accessholdingsplc , lives are being transformed, skills are being strengthened, and futures are being rebuilt.
Watch Bukolaâs journey.
This is impact in motion.
