Hi, I’m Sheena 👋🏽
Podiatrist. Mum. Founder of Tiny Trooper.
I started this brand during the Covid lockdown — not because I had a grand plan, but because I couldn’t find shoes for my own child that felt right.
Everything was either good for their feet in design or aesthetically pleasing. Rarely both.
So my husband and I decided (somewhat naively, but very bravely) to create our own.
Today, every pair of Tiny Trooper shoes is shaped by what I see as a podiatrist and as a mum —
feet that need space, freedom, and the chance to develop naturally.
And also… shoes parents actually want to put on their kids 🤍
If you’re new here, I’m so glad you found us.
We’re building this slowly, thoughtfully, and with a lot of heart. We're excited to have you on this adventure with us ✨

See you guys in the east on the 23rd May!!
A little hello to our new followers over the last few weeks 👋
Here's a little intro to our range of podiatrist-designed footwear for your little ones!
Got questions? Drop them in the comments below or DM us!
Our collaboration with @communewear began with a conversation. Not about trends or collections, but about good shoe design. About the way shoes shape the lives we walk in them.
Many conversations (and then, designing and sampling) later, we're proud to bring to you a collection of shoes that reflects one another, while appreciating the needs and demands of both grown and growing feet.
This one's for the whole family.
Come by from 15th-17th May 2026

Your child probably has flat feet… and that’s usually completely normal.
Little feet start out soft, flexible, and still developing — which is why arches take time to appear. For most children, they begin to form between ages 4–6 as they grow, move, and explore.
What matters more isn’t how their feet look — but how they feel and function.
✨ Let them move freely
✨ Encourage barefoot play
✨ Choose footwear that supports natural development
And know the signs of when to seek help — because healthy feet aren’t about forcing arches, but allowing them to develop naturally.
Save this for later, share with a fellow parent, and follow us @thetinytroopersg for more simple, evidence-based tips on growing little feet 🤍
