Forever thankful for my freedom, all my freedoms - freedom of speech, of expression, freedom to think, freedom from tyranny and oppression.
Thankful also for my freedom to support equality for all people. “Left” began during the French Revolution when people chose to sit on the left for equality, and those who sat on the right supported inherited power, inherited wealth, and the monarchy.
May all free people use their privilege of freedom to free all oppressed people.
And may those who try and reframe “left” and “liberal” as insults educate themselves, study history, maybe even buy a dictionary.
It is particularly ironic the historical amnesia of Americans using “liberal” to insult and divide considering the American constitition and Bill of Rights was founded on “securing the blessings of liberty,” and freedom for all. Modern American conservatism benefits from liberal freedoms while mocking the very word that created them. To insult “liberals” while praising the Constitution is a contradiction.
If you poison a word, you poison the values behind it.
Politicians discourage empathy to protect their power because a truly free, educated, compassionate population is much harder to control. “Justice” becomes “wokeness.”
Those in power know equality threatens hoarded wealth, and dignity threatens domination.
Compassion is not weakness and Humanity is only radical for those who harm.

There is so much pressure put on women to meet some unmeetable beauty ideal. The billion dollar beauty industry is constantly harassing us to buy products to fix ourselves and align with their superficial standards.
More important than our surface is what lies beneath- our character, our hearts, our opinions, our values and our lasting qualities.
Beauty standards lose their power when we cultivate self acceptance and centre our character ahead of our appearance.

The times newspaper article by Richard Morrison is absurd, and would be funny if it wasn’t so cruel. The contrast already speaks for itself: Misan is globally visible, shaping conversations around art, protest and culture, standing up for injustice, championing humanity, while Richard, clearly deeply uncomfortable with that kind of cultural engagement is writing through his own biases and preferences, framing his own objective opinion as fact.
A man who is himself privately educated weaponises Misan’s background and bizarrely tries to claim Misan is not fit for leadership because he doesn’t play a musical instrument. An opinion writer is furious another man has an opinion!
By the time I post this there’ll already be even more support for Misan, and I encourage you all to submit your complaint too.

Prince Harry’s article “My fears for a divided kingdom. We must stand against both anti-Semitism and anti-Muslim hate.” in the New Statesman has been misrepresented, mangled, and distorted by mainstream media (bbc, the times, the telegraph, daily mail..) to spread and strengthen the narrative of anti-semitism at the expense of truth. He was not talking about anti- semitism, he was talking about all hate.
I hope this obvious media distortion can be used for our collective benefit, collective awakening and collective uniting for humanity and truth. I too have fears of a divided kingdom, and hope we can all stand together because united we rise, and divided we fall. We are stronger together ♥️

It is deeply troubling how truth gets distorted, weaponised, and misrepresented. The media distorts truth, creates false narratives, deliberately leaves out information, misrepresents and misinforms.
The article in the New Statesmen is a fantastic example of what is said and how it is was mangled by media.

Truth makes people furious, defensive, aggressive and often ridiculous, and unfounded nonsense.
Apparently, I am the problem in this country, so I thought I’d point to statistics, facts, numbers and the truth about some actual problems.
In defence of their rhetoric and attack on immigrants, politicians say “it’s only the illegal ones on boats.” With over 1 million legally migrating to the UK in 2025, screaming about boats are just reveals how uninformed and dishonest their argument is. 40,000 people arriving in small boats is less than 4 % of migrants. (These are human beings seeking refuge from a country that Britain often had a part in disrupting, but that requires nuance and empathy to comprehend..)
The sexual abuse argument is even less founded - firstly there simply is not the race studies to be able to even define “Pakistani rape gangs” but what statistics of race classification and sexual abuse does show is that 86% of sexual abuse to women and children in the UK is caused by White Male Nationals/ British Citizens. Not immigrants. White men most often known to their victim.
And “contribution” - again, statistics reveal who is contributing, and who is not. The billionaires are paying less tax than nurses, doctors, and ordinary people. They are not contributing. The tax schemes that corporate giants use to avoid tax is extractive, not contributing. Immigrants statistically contribute and pay more in taxes than they consume in public services, work in critical roles that keep our country turning, and make a net positive contribution over their lifetime.
But why let the truth ruin your story…

Billionaires, corporate giants and decades of political failures have caused far more harm to ordinary people than any desperate family seeking refuge on a small boat. Statistics stand, lies are weapons.
When politics needs someone weaker to blame, perhaps it is time to stop looking at the people at the bottom, and start looking at the people at the top.

Politicians and media are focussing on an anti-semitic narrative to silence any criticism of Israel. It is strategy.
I have never had any anti-Semitic comments on my page. Zero. Not one. Yet every day I get racist, Islamophobic, xenophobic comments that all go unchecked.
A Zionist political lobby influences our media, our entertainment, our elections. And any criticism of that lobby, or of Israeli state policy, apartheid, and genocide gets weaponised as “anti-semitism.”
Zack Polanski, Jewish himself, gets accused of anti-semitism by non-Jewish politicians for his pro-Palestine stance. For opposing Israeli state violence. Make it make any sense.. That is not protecting Jews, it is protecting Zionism. And they are NOT the same thing.
Jewish people deserve safety, dignity, respect. Full stop. And Palestinians deserve to be safe, to NOT be bombed, starved, erased. Both can be true.
Anti-Zionism is not anti-semitism. Criticizing a state is not hating a people. In the UK, hate crimes against Muslims are 5x higher than against Jews. Black people face systemic discrimination in every sector, every day. Where is the wall-to-wall coverage for these issues? Why does this not matter?
This is a strategy - cnflate Pro Peace and anti-Zionism with anti-semitism, silence criticism of Israel and spend $730 million dollars on propaganda. Protect the Zionist lobby. And let hate against Muslims, Black people, immigrants, women.. go unchecked.

Anyone else remember the time when reading the Sunday papers was a treat, not trauma.. lazy Sundays, slow Sundays, social Sundays with the paper at the heart of it all.
Now it’s actually not fun, just propaganda, media narratives, twisted stories and distorted truth.
Really sickened by these two particular stories this week. Racialising mental health, erasing the third injured man because he is Muslim and does not fit the anti- semitism terrorism narrative.
And state violence getting .. a cake? A birthday party loudly displaying support for the total erasure of people because of where they were born is not terrorism, it’s just a party…
I miss truth, I miss journalism.
