I took a small break from the socials because my head isn't in a place to deal with it, and accidentally started an empire of my thrifted merch t-shirts. Turns out sewing is a much healthier way to pass the time than scrolling.
I will have 20+ of these beauties, all created by me, for sale at Bearded Theory this week. I'll be there from Wednesday, and I'll be playing a set in the Tea Tent (check boards daily for the lineup) plus various sets with @muddydfws across the site.
The t-shirts are various colours, sizes and patterns and each one is unique. Come and find me and join the Horny Tits Brigade.
I can't wait to be back in a field with the right people around me. Some of you are gonna get hugged.

This weekend!
For the first time in a long time I will be spending this May Bank holiday IN BRIGHTON, meaning I'll be around for the start of fringe and all the shenanigans that come with it.
You can find me as part of the Mile Die Club murder mystery on the i360 on Saturday night, with subsequent dates on 15/16th May. Booking is through the Brighton fringe website.
I'm very sorry to be abandoning both of my bands this weekend though, and want to give a huge shout-out to @dogole_justaband who are playing the wonderful Rochester Sweeps festival, and to @muddydfws who are off to Valefest and the Electric Chapel in Hinckley. Why does everything happen at once? 🤣

Look at these beauties wearing their unique Hat With Horns T-shirts, all made by my own fair hands!
I made 10 for Becfest2 last weekend and to my utmost surprise they were snapped up immediately.
There are more in production, but I make no guarantees as to what colours and sizes will be available and when. Because of this, they will only be available in person at shows and not available online.
Having said that, I do recall having conversations with people at Becfest2 who specifically asked me for one for the next time I see them. But, clever me, I didn't write down names, so if you were one of those people please contact me to confirm where I'm going to see you and what size you asked for. K and D, we've already spoken, you're good.
These t-shirts are totally recycled, and a lot more work than just having some printed, but I'm happy with the results and am overjoyed that they are being bought and worn 😁

Becfest2!
Sarah Bec, take a bow. You created something beautiful and I hope all the stress was worth it.
Everywhere I looked I saw happy people, which admittedly was definitely helped by the plentiful rhubarb cider 🤣 You created such a beautiful environment that people who weren't part of it at the beginning have now become new friends.
We laughed, we cried, we froze our bits off at night, we dressed as cheerleaders, we ate delicious food and we danced to excellent music.
Thank you to everyone involved, our little festival family once again restored the equilibrium and topped up some dopamine levels.
Sorry my own photos are shit, my phone is a dinosaur.
And thank you Stonehenge campsite, what a perfect place.

I will have the first batch of 10 available (various sizes) this weekend at @bec_fest2 which I am very much looking forward to, it being my first festival-in-a-field of the year.
I'm hoping to get another batch ready for Bearded Theory at the end of May, and I plan to have more for other gigs throughout the year.
Absolutely no shade on other artists, but the idea of producing new items in the world to promote myself didn't feel right for me, so I decided to make these out of items that already exist. I already contribute to landfill by having physical CDs for sale (whereas other acts choose to only have digital media for sale) so upcycling t-shirts is me doing my bit. And I love the idea that each one is unique.

Not just any TW merch but unique and thrifted TW merch!
I keep getting asked if I've got t-shirts for sale yet and now the answer is yes. Except they are currently rare, and only available when I can find the creativity and enthusiasm to make them.
I made this one for Nikki (modelled beautifully in the second photo) and currently have orders for 3 more, which I am striving to complete for @bec_fest2 in less than three weeks. More will come in time, lemme know if you're interested.
I'm not the first to do thrifted merch (gutted, thought I was a genius) and I love how this is a way of using resources that already exist in the world. I'm creating new crap out of old crap!

Find me in a barn! Not just any barn, but THE Barn and Ell's Bar somewhere in the depths of Cornwall.
I've never played there before but it's run by lovely festival friends and has become a legendary venue (in my world) so I can't wait to join Jess Silk, Joe Solo, Matt Johnson, Nasty Fishmonger and FMI Clatters for songs and shenanigans.
And en route I get to stop off for a night with two beautiful friends who I'm gonna smooosh until it gets weird 💜
And no, I will not be wearing this hat.

I posted about this yesterday and got the day and date wrong because I am perpetually bamboozled by life. Here are the correct details:
Friday 27th March, The Brunswick in Hove, supporting Nick Parker (who, if you are not aware of him, is one of the nicest and most brilliant song writers around)
It is a ticketed gig, so get that sorted please because it's literally how musicians like Nick (and me) make their living. And buy merch too please, one can never have too many Nick Parker t-shirts 🤣
