the other day we stopped by a burger spot before we played
@floatalongfestival . the fellas all sampled the range of burgers on offer. here were a few thoughts on the taste test and general satisfaction levels Re: The Burger.
AL : i always know what to order when it comes to burger spots and inevitably i aced it again here. My rule always is; if you see bacon as a listed ingredient- get that one.
Milo made the same call and we both thoroughly enjoyed this double beef and pork treat. The chips were forgettable but i don’t really like chips anyway.
HECTOR : I diverted from the more commonly beaten path. A louisiana style chicken burger was what i ordered. This is usually what i do so i know what i’m talking about. Excellent crunch on the chicken and the flavours were delicious… however, the sheer quantity of cheese sauce was completely unnecessary. i was made to feel super messy in front of my friends, and whilst a burger is never a graceful thing, i didn’t like being made to feel so disgusting.
MILO : I indulged and got the bacon double XL cheese burger. it was actually everything you need in a burger, sweet, salty, juicy, stinky. i’d eat it again maybe.
GEORGE : I really drew the short straw here. I was in a rush to get my order in and overlooked that it was a single burger patty. Whilst all the other fellas got a couple thick slices of cow meat ! It was super tasty and only my own fault on the select.
Final Statement :
We can’t remember the name of the burger spot but we received a pleasant discount of 10% courtesy of our hard work playing the festival. Which also had a test taste of : Good / Yummy. #sheffield #floatalongfestival #burger #stinkyguys #smelly #yummy
