Eccola di nuovo in Atelier degli Artisti, con la mamma 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚, pronta ad assistere alla classe di Gyrotonic. Come i fratelli Theo e Ludo, 9 e 4 anni, 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐚 ha accompagnato la mamma nel suo percorso con LOSTUDIOESSE dalla gravidanza (inevitabilmente!) a tutto il periodo post-partum. Theresa ha sempre portato con sè i propri figli in Atelier senza rinunciare al suo spazio di personale benessere. Ed è così che, a distanza di un anno e mezzo dall’ultimo parto, è più in forma di prima. Nell’immediato post-partum ci prendiamo cura della neo mamma con uno specifico percorso per il recupero funzionale della muscolatura addominale e pelvica così come della postura, che continua poi con la successiva remise-en-form globale. In questa seconda fase il neonato segue la mamma in Atelier, dove lo allatta e asseconda i suoi bisogni senza rinunciare al proprio benessere. Ed è così che lungo il percorso della mamma i bambini crescono con noi diventando parte della nostra quotidianità. ❥ 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐚, 9 mesi, in Atelier degli Artisti gioca serena durante la classe di Gyrotonic della mamma Theresa. _ For many years at LOSTUDIOESSE we have been taking care of the pregnant woman, following her until childbirth with a dedicated program. In the immediate post-partum period we take care of the new mother with a specific path for the functional recovery of the abdominal and pelvic muscles as well as the posture, which then continues with the subsequent global remiss-en-form.
