Salt therapy helps clear congestion and support overall wellness—you can literally see it working. 🧂 It may sound gross with little ones and runny noses, but each family gets the room to themselves, and UV lights fully sanitize between sessions. Treehouse Indoor Play + Café in Pompano is officially open 🎉 We got to check it out last night and wow—it’s HUGE! Think climbing towers, epic slides, ball pits, a little city + more. Basically, everything your kids could ever want in a playground (good luck getting them to leave 😉).

I love that this event makes the transition feel exciting instead of intimidating for little kids. They’ll get to climb on a real school bus, practice going through a cafeteria line, meet school professionals, and participate in hands-on STEM activities throughout the Museum.
Dinner is also provided, which makes this even easier for busy families.
Such a fun way to help incoming kindergarteners feel more confident before the first day of school.

We took Blake and Brady to the cutest kids hair salon, and Blake has already asked multiple times when she can go back 😂 The side-by-side haircut stations made everything SO much easier, faster, and honestly way less stressful for me too.

we had kids + parents coming over and I had zero plan for food… so I tried Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers drive-thru and just hoped for the best
ordered a 125 finger tailgate + fries + extra toast + Cole slaw and didn’t even have to get out of the car 🙌🏼
from ordering to pickup it was under 10 minutes which honestly saved me
everyone was happy, kids were thriving, and I didn’t have to cook… win all around
