We placed a small note in every room, a way of welcoming everyone into our world for the weekend. It held little pieces of us, woven into every detail. Our dog, Walter, who would have been at the centre of it all, was there with us in spirit. From the birds to the flowers, everything slowly came to mirror what the weekend became.
And as it all unfolded, we were reminded that something like this is never created alone. It takes a village of incredibly thoughtful, talented people to bring a vision to life the way this was.
