Last Saturday at “The Waiting Room” Fashion Show I went around asking this question and I loved everyone’s reactions. Everyone really took a moment to pause and reflect. Sometimes we don’t realize how our faith is represented in everything we do. Faith keeps us covered, grounded, and comforted in the same ways our shoes, coats, and sweaters can🫶🏽✨

I never imagined a simple conversation would lead me to walk in my first NYFW! I casted for Strizz back in April and invited him to the @acsa_wcsu fashion show in May. After the show, @style.strizz approached me and asked if I wanted to hear the good news. The words “Congratulations, you’ve been selected to walk in NYFW!” instantly made my heart soar.
Not only had we just completed a fashion show we spent the whole semester planning, but I also hosted my first-ever segment, “Signed, Sealed, and Delivered,” which was a success!
Thank you, @style.strizz , for seeing what you saw in me that day and taking a leap of faith. I had the honor of walking for @savantgarde.co apparel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience!
